Online Access

You can access your patient records online via the Patient Access system.

If you are not registered for online services, and wish to register, then please call into the surgery with photo ID.

SARs requests

This surgery now uses eMR, provided by MediData Exchange, to process your

Subject to Access Request, also known as a ‘SAR’.

You will be asked to complete a sign consent form at reception, allowing us to do this.
